1. First wash should be dry cleaned. 
2. Subsequent washes should be done separately in cold water as the product might bleed in initial washes due to the special nature of the dyes.

1. All our outfits are handcrafted, thus we require 10-15 days to process and ship your orders. Ready to dispatch products will be dispatched in 3 to 7 working days.
2. We offer worldwide shipping. For domestic and international orders shipping fee will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout based on your cart’s contents and location.
3. The shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.
4. We only offer exchange of our products. No cash/online refunds will be processed by the team. We offer store credits for the equivalent amount in case the product is not available.
5. Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns or Refund. Shipping charges are non - refundable.
6. A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
7. The store credit is valid for a lifetime.
8. The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
9. Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.
