1. Return and Exchange Policy

Return or Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.

To place Return or Exchange Request, You can email us at info@theroyalgramma.com or WhatsApp us at 8879150838 and mention your Order Id with your contact details. Our team will get InTouch with you shortly.

Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.

We only offer exchange of our products. No cash/ online refunds will be processed by the team. We offer store credits for the equivalent amount in case the product is not available.

Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns or Refund. Shipping charges are non - refundable.

2. Store Credit

A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is received. It will be provided via email. The store credit is valid for a lifetime. The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products. Shipping costs will not be credited back in any case.

3. Return Shipping

An additional shipping fee will be charged when we process the exchanged product from our end.
